Our aim is to ensure that the tone of our guitar speakers CAN match the tone expected by the guitar community. Jensen provides guitar tone samples for you to listen to before you purchase. Celestion does not provide such guitar tone samples. However, Celestion speakers are already famous for their tone. Typically, you begin your hunt for guitar tone samples on any guitar speaker‘s specifications page (see link above).
Any buyer who does not already know this product takes responsibility for: Finding, sampling, and recreating the tone they seek. This vintage guitar speaker is one of many important building blocks of your guitar tone: Including your (1) guitar playing ability, (2) your amp, (3) your guitar etc. This vintage guitar speaker should give you the analog space that you need to let your true guitar tone shine. It will not make you play as well as the guitarists performing the guitar tone samples. Seriously, no bad feedback, returns, or issues in eBay over tone issues.
Celestion’s website provides information on how to break in a guitar speaker. This should be done before using any guitar speaker. This ensures that the speaker provides true tone.
